Return & Exchange Policy

• All returns, refunds, and size exchanges must be requested within a maximum of 5 days of receiving your product.

• Please note that, as per our courier’s policy, opening the package upon delivery is not permitted. This means items cannot be inspected or separated at the time of delivery.
  However, if for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, you may submit a request within 5 days of receiving your order, and our team will be happy to assist.

• Returned or exchanged items must be new, unused, unwashed, and with all original garment tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

• For return orders, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees of sending the item back to us.
  For exchange orders, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping of the exchanged item.

• For international orders, customs duties and fees may apply once the shipment arrives in your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1 business day.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed.
  Refunds are transferred after we receive the returned item. Please note that couriers do not handle cash refunds.
